To explore this, I visited a world-renowned bodybuilding gym to see if top professional bodybuilders would accept science-based training advice from someone considerably smaller. My goal was to determine if seasoned pros, with physiques far surpassing my own, would be receptive to evidence-based lifting techniques. While some weren’t interested in science-based training, I discovered a fascinating trend: those with the most impressive physiques, possessing world-class size and definition, were also the most eager to learn.
