Discipline is built like muscle — through repetition. You can’t expect mental toughness to appear when you need it if you haven’t trained it consistently. This means showing up even when you don’t feel like it, pushing through the last set when your body is screaming to quit, and sticking to your nutrition plan when temptation is everywhere.
